You will fill out a written consultation form so we can understand you, your goals and where you’re currently at and if needed we will follow up with a phone call. That is just to go through your training, diet habits and to explain how our online coaching will work.

Every workout we put together for you is tailored to your goals & lifestyle. All of your exercises, reps & sets will be given, you’ll have access to log your weight and sets that you’ve done so were able to keep track of your strength progress too.
Every 4 weeks we will change your programme and that will be based on the feedback you give us and how best we think you need progress.
Before you start your coaching with us you will take progress pictures, body measurements and also your body weight. These will be used to look back on and compare to your progress and if any changes to plans are needed
We understand that everyone works a busy life and goes on holidays so were able to accommodate that and adjust your plans to you and your lifestyle events.
Based on your goals we will put together a total macronutrient / calorie plan for you to follow. This plan will be built around the foods you like and don’t like. A full recipe book with custom MyFitnessPal barcodes and instructional videos will also be sent through to better help you along.
Through Facebook and Instagram you will be added into private support groups where we will regularly update with hints, tips and answer your questions. Most of all you’ll be in a group with likeminded people all striving for the same goals to motivate each other.
